Michal did an incredible job over four days installing a brand new heat pump. The management of all the lines and cables looked extremely organized and very well grouped. Additionally, Michal repaired duct work issues that were found and made sure to re-strap all the low hanging ducting under the home so that it was secure and functioning properly. I would recommend going with Mountain View heating at any point! Great work!

My wife and I are very happy with our experience installing a new HVAC system with Mountain View! We have been using Mountain View for regular maintenance for years and always felt very comfortable with the honesty and work performed by maintenance techs. Especially during the last year as our system became very aged, we were assisted by Larry our service tech in starting a conversation with Donnie T. (our Comfort Advisor) which always felt very low pressure, easy, and truthful; only seeking what was best for our home and situation. After we ultimately decided to make the move for new system installation, which was 6+ months after the initial conversations, Donnie refreshed our purchase options and we even received better overall pricing due to promotions. Ultimately we felt very comfortable with the price and overall scope of work offered. Installation by Rufino M. was thoughtful and efficient. He was great about communicating what he saw as the project kicked-off and cleaned up issues for us with ducting, needed patchwork, and protective piping for the new furnace at no charge. Rufino was respectful of our home, punctual, and left the area of the installation much cleaner than he found it. Our system has worked perfectly since Install, having notably improved our comfort in heating and cooling situations. I would recommend Rufino to anyone needing a HVAC installation! Overall, working with Mountain View in securing Financing, confirming our satisfaction with install, inspection, warranty setup, and final "wrap-up" of the job was very easy. It is nice as a Customer to feel the business still cares about your job even after the sale is completed!
