Terms of Service

AI Reviews searches public reviews of places and services, ranks the results, and writes one grounded answer citing the reviews it used. It is a research aid.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts by automated means.
• Tell us at jchamblee@twindesigns.tech if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Reviews you post are public. Anyone visiting the place page can read them along with the display name you chose.

Content standards

There is no tolerance for objectionable content. Do not post:

• Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at any person or group.
• Hate speech, or content attacking people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age.
• Sexually explicit material, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Deliberately false reviews, including reviews of your own business, reviews of a competitor written to harm them, and reviews you were paid to write.
• Other people's private information, including addresses, phone numbers, and identity documents.
• Spam, advertising, malware links, or automated content.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.

Your licence to us

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant TwinDesigns a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your review within the service. That licence ends when you delete the review, apart from copies already held in backups, which age out on our ordinary backup schedule.

Because reviews are visible to everyone, we operate an enforcement process and we commit to specific timelines.

We may remove content or suspend an account without prior notice where content is clearly abusive, illegal, or presents a risk to someone. If we remove your content or suspend your account and you think we got it wrong, email jchamblee@twindesigns.tech and a person will look at it.

Do not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.
• Circumvent rate limits, or send automated traffic that degrades the service for others.
• Reverse engineer the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities other than through a good-faith security report.
• Use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.

Access is rate limited. Ordinary use will never hit those limits, but automated traffic will.

Place details, ratings, review text, and photos are supplied by Google and other public sources, and remain the property of their owners. Any business names, logos, and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. Their appearance in the app does not imply any endorsement of AI Reviews.

If you own rights in content shown in the app and want it removed, email jchamblee@twindesigns.tech with enough detail to identify it and we will act on valid requests.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Account, then Delete account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that answers will be accurate, that listings will be current, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwinDesigns is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on an answer, a rating, or any other information in the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The mobile apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use is also subject to those stores’ terms.

Apple

This agreement is between you and TwinDesigns only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, which is zero for this app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Google

This agreement is between you and TwinDesigns only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the app or its content.

We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and give notice in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
