Delete your account and data

You can delete your AI Reviews account and everything attached to it yourself, at any time. It takes about ten seconds and does not require contacting us.
Delete it from the app
On the web, or in the iOS or Android app:
- Sign in and open Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
The deletion runs immediately. You will be signed out and the account will no longer exist.
What gets deleted

This cannot be undone
There is no grace period and no recovery. If you want a copy of anything you wrote, save it before you delete the account.
What is not deleted
Two narrow categories survive, and neither identifies you:
- Anonymous, aggregated operational counts (for example, the total number of searches run in a day). These carry no identifier and cannot be linked back to you.
- Moderation records. If someone reported one of your reviews, that report and a copy of the reported text are kept after deletion, no longer linked to your account. Without this, anyone could erase the evidence against them by deleting their own content.
- Records we are legally required to keep. These are kept only as long as the law requires.
Place data, ratings, and reviews from Google and other public sources are not yours and are not affected by deleting your account.
Deleting individual items instead
If you do not want to delete the whole account, you can remove things one at a time: saved places from Account, Saved, searches from Account, History, and any review from the place page where you posted it. Your display name and default location can be cleared in Account, Profile.
If you cannot access your account
If you are locked out and cannot use the in-app flow, email jchamblee@twindesigns.tech from the address on the account. TwinDesigns will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
