He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to test and document everything rather than just doing a quick visual inspection. He checked refrigerant levels, coils, electrical components, airflow, static pressure, ductwork, and overall system performance, and provided photos and measurements to support his findings. What impressed me most was the level of detail and the way James clearly explained what he found and why it mattered. After dealing with ongoing cooling issues, it was refreshing to have someone take the time to properly diagnose both systems. As a veteran, I also really appreciated ProThermal’s Hometown Heroes program. I did not pay a single dollar for today’s inspection, which says a lot about how they support the veteran community. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. I would absolutely recommend James and ProThermal to anyone looking for an HVAC technician who takes the job seriously. 5 stars.

Very customer oriented and explained all options. Scheduled a free service inspection. Josephine and Andres showed up and thoroughly cleaned and checked system. Highly recommend any military personnel contact them and check out their military programs. Highly recommend Josephine and ProThermal for your ac and heating services.
