Jeremiah essentially did this on his own as other crews were on other projects. We had an attic space unit as a part of this system and was built piece by piece in that small space. The attention to detail, tidiness and consideration for our home was apparent. Jeremiah showed up exactly when he said he would and never stopped moving the whole day. The design and placement met our wishes as much as possible. I've been in the building business for about 15 years and an inspector the last three. I can recognize great work. Was this the least expensive bid...nope. But it is well worth what we'll pay because of the equipment and professionalism if Mt View Heating and Jeremiah. Gladly recommend them in future

Office people making the schedule were very professional and considerate. My service tech Alejandro gave me a call while he was on his way to my home to confirm timing. He arrived early in his arrival window. Alejandro was knowledgeable, courteous, and represented his employer well. He put up with all my questions with sincerity and respect. My repair was too significant to take care of during this visit, so I now wait for parts pricing and/or a replacement system to consider. My experience with Mountain View Heating has been very positive up to this point.

The management of all the lines and cables looked extremely organized and very well grouped. Additionally, Michal repaired duct work issues that were found and made sure to re-strap all the low hanging ducting under the home so that it was secure and functioning properly. I would recommend going with Mountain View heating at any point! Great work!

GoogleEric Kranda★ 5May 6, 2026My wife and I are very happy with our experience installing a new HVAC system with Mountain View! We have been using Mountain View for regular maintenance for years and always felt very comfortable with the honesty and work performed by maintenance techs. Especially during the last year as our system became very aged, we were assisted by Larry our service tech in starting a conversation with Donnie T. (our Comfort Advisor) which always felt very low pressure, easy, and truthful; only seeking what was best for our home and situation. After we ultimately decided to make the move for new system installation, which was 6+ months after the initial conversations, Donnie refreshed our purchase options and we even received better overall pricing due to promotions. Ultimately we felt very comfortable with the price and overall scope of work offered. Installation by Rufino M. was thoughtful and efficient. He was great about communicating what he saw as the project kicked-off and cleaned up issues for us with ducting, needed patchwork, and protective piping for the new furnace at no charge. Rufino was respectful of our home, punctual, and left the area of the installation much cleaner than he found it. Our system has worked perfectly since Install, having notably improved our comfort in heating and cooling situations. I would recommend Rufino to anyone needing a HVAC installation! Overall, working with Mountain View in securing Financing, confirming our satisfaction with install, inspection, warranty setup, and final "wrap-up" of the job was very easy. It is nice as a Customer to feel the business still cares about your job even after the sale is completed!
