August knows his art, but is also articulate is explaining the situation to another human. The shop is very busy, but the work is excellent to the minutest detail. I love my car, also like being treated with respect, admire humans that do a job well. Do yourself a favor and make Import Performance your choice for both repair and maintenance

Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and by far the best shop experience I have had hands down. Had a very difficult job needing done on a 4Runner that no other place was able to even talk with me about and they did it fast, with high quality and lots of communication. Bring your beloved vehicle here, get it done right the first time. Can't thank them enough!

The staff are very professional and I'm always impressed how clean the shop looks- which has a window to observe. I'm not sure if it's the cheapeast spot, but they frequently send out coupons and would like honor if you asked about it:)

GoogleDavid Anderson★ 5Apr 6, 2026Import Performance Auto Repair has been wonderful to work with. I needed a rear axle replacement on my Nissan Titan and they made it happen swiftly and successfully. The part was back ordered and looking like it was going to take weeks or months to get in, but because of their diligence they found apart in Rochester New York that they had shipped out. Whole replacement was done in about a day and a half, I was getting regular communication and updates from the team, and the truck drives considerably better now after the repair was made. I will only be taking my vehicles to Import Performance, moving forward, and will refer them to all of my friends and family for any automobile, regular maintenance, preventative maintenance, or servicing needs. Top-notch customer service, quality, and professionalism.

Incredibly thorough. Very reasonable price for the attention the rig got. They told me it shouldn't take long. It was done within 2 hours. I'll be back no question. Nice guys too!
