He was extremely patient throughout the process, especially while waiting for me to obtain approval from upper management before proceeding with the work. Bryson thoroughly assessed the issue, communicated directly with our HVAC technician, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone understood the situation. He carefully explained his findings and assured me that if our HVAC vendor returns and experiences the same no-voltage condition, the work performed and payment made today will cover that issue. I truly appreciate Bryson’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to take the time to explain everything clearly. His excellent customer service and commitment to resolving the issue are greatly appreciated.

We had done our best to troubleshoot the issue ourselves, but really appreciated their expertise in identifying what was actually wrong. It turned out we needed a full panel replacement, and the team was on-site from 11 AM until well past 6 PM. They were professional, kind, and communicative the entire time, keeping us informed throughout the process. Truly a 10/10 experience, we would absolutely recommend Mr. Electric to anyone in need of electrical work!

Bryson explained the process and what AFCI meant and did. He added a whole house surge protector and a generator plug. Bryson and Nick labeled my new panel. I am so pleased with their work.
