We are completely satisfied with our replacement roof from start to finish. Trust Roofing came in with the most competitive quote from several reputable roofing companies and was the only company not to require a down payment at the time the contract was signed. We had a time sensitive completion date. Trust Roofing met our goal by promising the quickest start time and actually had the color we desired in stock, (other vendors had to special order, which made for extended starting times). Our sales rep. was professionally transparent, easy to talk to, answering all questions to our satisfaction, using no uncomfortable sales pressure tactics. A 10 year roof warranty impressed us. The job was completed in a day and a half with multiple rotted wood repairs needed. We were expecting to pay quite a bit more for this, but were only charged the original quote. Charles kept us in the loop from start to finish with excellent communication and feedback. We were pleased with the thorough cleanup afterwards of scattered nails! After completion, a few glitches were discovered with a portion of the flashing and wood trim that were rectified of to our satisfaction. Great customer service. The roof looks great! The company did an incredible job from start to finish. Dallas was the initial representative that came out to give me an estimate and Charles was the on sight representative keeping the supply chain going and overseeing the project. Dallas noticed a lot of imperfections from the initial builder of the house including the fact that there were no air vents on any part of the roof causing extreme temperatures throughout the house and excessive energy bills. The hardest part for me was deciding on a color for the new shingles. I had narrowed it down to 3 choices, but unless you see it on a roof, you don’t really get the full effect of it. Dallas suggested that I look at a couple of houses that they completed in the colors I was undecided about within a couple of miles of my house. Not only did I see the roofs, but a couple of owners came out and told me of the wonderful experience they had with Trust Roofing. I’m glad I looked, because the one color jumped out at me when I saw it in person as a full roof. We set a window for the work to begin and the crew was available two days earlier than planned, which was a blessing for me having to travel constantly and with time restraints. As Charles’ crew peeled back the old shingles, rotted plywood and facade appeared around the perimeter of the house. The crew was suddenly switched from shingle removal to rotted wood removal. They spent the entire day making sure every piece of wood was properly removed. All these sections were meticulously repaired by the entire crew over the next couple of days. At all times there were no less than 8 guys working on my roof from sunrise to sunset. There was one night that the guys worked to get a section of the roof covered due to impending rain the following morning and set up spotlights on the roof and were working well after sunset to make sure that section was covered. The work ethic and organization of the crew was a foreman’s dream. Each member had a specific job and they worked together like a pit crew at the Daytona 500. Every day, the guys cleaned up any debris that may have fallen onto the grass. Charles made numerous trips back and forth with dumpsters and supplies each and every day. This was another one of those jobs where you don’t know what to expect until you open things up and Charles and his crew were prepared for every challenge. The roof is beautiful, with my neighbors complimenting me and now asking me who did the work. The house is now ready for gutters which it did not have before and was a major reason for all the rot around the perimeter of the house that was brought up by both Dallas and Charles.
