Gutter replacement, roofing replacement (a few layers) and most recently some rafter tail repairs. Each time was a quick turn around from initial contact until job completion. The roof took a few days and it was HOT for the guys, but they still did a great job. Great communication with Jon, Tana, Joe and the crew leaders and work was completed as agreed upon. No sales pressure, just suggestions when asked and options to choose from, with questions easily answered. Pricing reasonable for the work being done.

From calling your office to meeting Joe for the estimate to signing the contract and to the amazing roofing crew who showed up on time, was very polite, professional and ensured the area was safe at all times. And they were so quick and kept our area clean. They went out of their way to make the entire experience incredible. The new roof looks amazing!

I wanted to wait a while before providing a review to see how it all settled in and how any follow ups went. I've been very satisfied with the entire experience. The estimate was fair compared to other roofing companies and the final cost came within a few % of that estimate. I've had them come out for a few follow ups since the roof was installed, this was not related to workmanship, it was just addressing some concerns I had. Each time they came it was a great experience - Jon was very fast in responding to my emails and had a crew member out within 2 to 24 hours each time. The part that spoke the most to me was that each time (even 8 months after install), the person who came out was one of the crew members who was there from day one of the reroof. That speaks a lot to the quality of the business. I'll be quick to recommend them in the future. One other thing to note - a lot of roofing companies came off as salesman, pushing multiple packages with crazy markups. Valley Roofing was straight to the point, no sales talk, no fancy tablets with pretty interfaces to grab your attention. They came, listened to what I needed, and provided it with no fluff or pushy sales tactics. This was a big reason I initially sided with them.

The representative who came out to give us the quote was very nice, but after that, no one contacted us to schedule the work. A month later, I received a call saying they could come out that same day. Since the estimator had been so pleasant, I decided to give them a chance. The crew came out, cleaned the roof, sprayed the treatment, and left without saying a word. After they were gone, I noticed one section of the roof still had moss. I sent a text, and I was told someone would come back the next day to make it right. It's now been over a week, and no one has returned. The lack of communication throughout this entire process has been very disappointing. While everyone I've interacted with has been polite, the follow-through and customer service have been poor. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company based on my experience

They have competitive pricing, they work fast and do a very clean job. It was easy to communicate with them and I got everything I asked for when I needed it done, and it was done right. I highly recommend Valley Roofing for a whole new roof installation or any repairs your roof might need.
