The mast/pole bringing the lines into the house had been damaged. He kept in contact throughout the process and went out of his way to make phone calls to be sure inspection information was done accordingly. Had it fixed in a few hours and ready for power company to reconnect the lines. Very personable! I would highly recommend Edify Electric!

One of our garage lights had a light bulb burn out, and shortly after, we noticed a strong plastic burning smell and smoke. Upon inspection ourselves, we discovered the plastic box was melting and extremely hot. We reached out to Matthew via text at 10:30 pm, and he arrived to look at it shortly after. He was incredibly responsive, trustworthy, and straightforward. His quick intervention truly saved us, as our garage could have easily caught fire. We are forever thankful for Matthew and for his genuine care in ensuring everyone’s safety.
