Normandy Lake Dentistry in Orange Park, FL perfectly blends luxury with efficiency. From the moment you walk in, the beautiful architectural design with granite and marble slates makes the space feel grand. They provide chilled water and a variety of coffees in the lobby, setting a high standard of care right away.

The entire team operates like a beautifully choreographed ballet—there are minimal wait times, and the workflow automation is futuristic. Dr. Dvaliente is a phenomenal dentist who genuinely listens to your needs rather than just pushing a pricing card. Juan, the dental assistant, was incredibly supportive and outgoing; he even handed my coffee back and forth to me while he finished up my images!

Anita, the manager, runs a highly efficient office and adds great creative touches, like offering $50 referral gift cards in cute, sheer string-tied baggies.

If you are using VA Community Care, recent healthcare administrative transitions have altered the authorization process. Do not just rely on your scheduling letter! Before your appointment, you must call the VA Community Care office or email Christina K. (ckeller@normandydentistry.com) to ensure your VA authorization letter is officially released to the clinic. If you don't, you risk being rescheduled. The staff here meets weekly to navigate these VA changes, and Christina was incredible at helping me identify the issue and getting me rescheduled the very same day.

As a 100% combat veteran, my care is fully covered, but the experience here makes you feel like an absolute VIP.

We seamlessly scheduled 3 veneer implants, a crown, a cleaning, a gum check by the hygienist, and a custom sleep guard. The dentist coded everything and sent the progress notes to the VA for approval before I even checked out. I paid $0 out of pocket for a truly high-end, world-class dental experience.

Highly recommend to anyone, especially my fellow vets.

It started with the office manager, Tim, helping me with insurance stuff, then a wonderful girl who took the xrays and was an absolute doll, then Ernesto, the hygienist, was thorough and efficient, the doc was amazing and spelled out everything so I understood what was needed, and Seqouia at the front desk helped to get together financial options and explain everything and then she even jumped my car when I discovered I had a dead battery. The entire staff is incredible. 10/10 would recommend :)

Most relaxing dentist appointment I’ve ever had, i could’ve fallen asleep! Ernesto is fantastic at what he does. Thorough and gentle and passionate about your dental health. Will pump you up about taking care of your teeth lol. Dr deville was also quick and so friendly!

The hygienist was efficient and explained everything she was doing as she was doing. Everyone including the doctor was great and they took their time to explain everything to ensure in understood what was being said and done. I don’t like dental offices but this one is great. Sequoia is a gem and the practice manager is hands on and really nice. Glad I came to this location
