They had the asphalt shingle roof off in one day then installed the metal roof over several days. The team was great, Aaron was very patient with all of our questions and the roof looks great. We feel much better with a metal roof for wildfires so will sleep better now. Thank you to Aaron and his team. Would recommend in a heart beat.

GoogleDavid Zuniga★ 5Feb 5, 2026Tactical roofing and construction has been One of the easiest companies to work with! They showed up on a Friday to give me a quote by the upcoming week. We had a workers on our roof doing their thing. We also had our siding replaced by the guys and it came out amazing. I will definitely be calling tactical roofing and construction for anything I need in the near future. I highly recommend you guys try them out. They’ll be anybody else else’s price.!

GoogleMarvin Pugh★ 5Oct 21, 2025On October 7, 2025, Aaron, sales representative for Tactical Roofing came to our home in La Pine, Oregon to give a qoute (I had requested) on 240 square foot deck roof for shingles roofing. The quote was fair and Aaron stated he thought it could be completed no later than 2 weeks out. We accepted his quote and I went to their office to pay a 50% deposit the next day. I was told that I was in a queue with 10 jobs ahead of mine and getting it done within the two week window would be tight. As this was a very small job, probably taking no more than 3 to 4 hours to complete I requested that, if possible, it be "squeezed" in among other jobs in our area. The best Tactical's office manager could commit to was they would try. I texted Aaron and voiced my concern. He assured me it would be completed within the two week window, even if required him coming out to do it. I was contaced by Mariah, an associate of the office management team, on October 15 informing me Tactical Roofing would be on site the morning of October 17th. And, true to his word Aaron came out at 9:00 that morning and put our shingles roof up in just a little over 3 hours. Now, lest you think I did not perform due diligence in attaining other quotes, I did. I contacted 4 other roofing contractors. Aaron with Tactical was the ONLY one who was willing to listen to my counter offer to his estimate; he was the first contractor to contact me and be on seen when I requested an estimate; he also was the MOST professional and showed genuine intereste in what my/our needs were by being a very good listener, even though I knew it was a small job with little profit margin for Tactical, my words, not his. When he arrived to do the job, Aaron asserted that one of their other actual install teams probably could have done the job within the 2 week window. However, as Tactical had/has a very busy schedule, he decided to get get it done, to put my mind at rest. Aaron, who was a roofer for many years before going into sales did a fabulous installation and we very, VERY happy. We wholeheartedly recommend Tactical Roof Roofing of Bend (whose office staff was a pleasure to deal with) and especially Aaron Marua - he went that extra mile!
