He consistently provides exceptional, high-quality care while making every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Dr. Barchi has an outstanding bedside manner. He takes the time to explain procedures, listens to concerns, and genuinely cares about his patients’ comfort and well-being. His office uses modern, up-to-date equipment and the latest minimally invasive techniques, which have made a tremendous difference in my overall dental experience. It’s not often that someone can say they’re excited to go to the dentist, but that’s exactly how I feel. I know I’m receiving the best care available from a team that is professional, compassionate, and committed to excellence. I highly recommend LC Smiles and Dr. Barchi to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust for years to come.

He wanted me to express how much he appreciated Dr. Bartschi fitting him in for this appointment. It was not very convenient for Dr. Bartschi to see him that day and he worked very hard to complete the appointment between other patients. Frankie also was involved in this appointment and, as always, was very helpful and really knows her craft. Kelby was very kind and helpful throughout the appointment. Maddy is also very kind and helpful. 5 stars for all of these professionals, they are fantastic. Steve's smile looks really great after this appointment. He is very happy with the results as am I.

They were great at comforting my anxiety when it comes to dentist visits, and even better at communicating my treatment plan. I’m excited to move forward with future appointments! The atmosphere is very comforting, and every staff member I seen in the building flashed a great big smile or greeted me.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Dental assistants put me at ease and chatted to get to know me with vibes of genuine interest. For the first time ever, I was asked to what degree I like information disseminated to meet my needs (really nice touch). All options were covered but never pushed onto me. The clinic accommodated to my needs. It was an extremely excellent and pleasant experience.

What impressed me most was a tooth that needed significant work. Several options had been discussed elsewhere, but LC Smiles helped me save the tooth rather than immediately moving toward a crown. Having choices explained clearly and being able to preserve the tooth made a huge difference to me. As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series, I appreciate professionals who solve problems instead of automatically reaching for the most drastic solution. That approach is one of the reasons I’ve been so happy with the team here. The doctors have been excellent to work with. They take the time to explain procedures, discuss options, and answer questions without making you feel rushed. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. Funny enough, while working on the Maui Desire Romance Series, I’ve found myself paying more attention to the people behind businesses. A good experience often comes down to trust, communication, and feeling like you’re in capable hands, and that’s exactly how I’ve felt here. From routine appointments to more involved procedures, I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of care. I’d gladly recommend LC Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist in the LC Valley.
