I saw the hygienist she was friendly and knowledgeable as well. I saw the dentist he was friendly and knowledgeable as he was giving me my exam. The office was very clean and everyone just seem to be friendly and happy I will enjoy coming here I believe. I recommend Pine Ridge Dental.

Sarah who did my cleaning, is extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I’ll keep coming back for my yearly dental care because of her :) Pine Ridge is lucky to have her and an amazing front desk!

It was a pleasure to meet Dr Feller. I’m sorry that Dr Ketcher left his practice but I think Dr Feller will be an excellent replacement.

I choose Pine Ridge and it turned out to be a good decision. Nice, clean, and friendly office. Staff was efficient, friendly and kind. Dr. Feller was great. I guess I found my people. Thanks Dr. Feller and staff.

From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming, and the front desk staff made check-in quick and easy. The dental team was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They really go out of their way to make sure patients feel comfortable and at ease, checking in throughout the appointment and explaining everything clearly. It never felt rushed, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my experience. The technology that they use is amazing and I love how knowledgeable all of the staff is. What stood out most was their focus on patient comfort—they made something I usually dread feel manageable and even positive. Their approach to care is seamless every step of the way. Customer service and communication are something I value greatly and they get all the stars for me on those. 10/10 I highly recommend Pine Ridge Dental in The Dalles, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits! Dr. Feller and his team are AMAZING!
