GoogleClair Callahan★ 5Aug 4, 2026Saw Bayleigh today. Went in with a plan to end blonde over time but never intended to only take ONE session. Such amazing service and very gentle with my hair which I came in bleached myself. Such an amazing difference between the before and after.

Their work is superb, you can really see the pride they have for their work and their salon AND the atmosphere is amazing! I have never felt so welcomed and by so many women in my life. Which leads to story time: My mother is in a lot of pain and has recently started using a walker. She's getting used to it, but I still worry a lot- worry about accessability and about how she's viewed. She recently had her first appointment since she began using it. I accompanied her to be able to her get up and down from each of the chairs and help her move around. When it came time Chelsea told me I didn't need to, that she and the other girls had it handled...and boy did they. Those women were so patient and so helpful. They helped her get up and down and guided her all around and with anything else she needed....but they did it in a way that seemed to just come natural and effortless. Even beyond this one appointment, each of the women that work at Highlights has shown time and time again just how respectful, professional and just plain kind they are to each and every person that walks in there - even the ones that can't walk all too well. Thank you 🥹 🩷🖤

You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their experience with her, she really goes above and beyond with all of her work! After being her client for some time she recommended me to the curl specialist over on the hair side - Krista. I couldn’t be more happy with the results, with not only my hair, but as well as the stylist, she communicated everything with me a made me feel more then welcome! Though I haven’t had a service with all specialists here, just seeing them in passing you can really tell they love what they do and create the most welcoming, fun, and expressive environment! I would recommend Highlights to everyone!

GoogleKerri Drabouski★ 5Jun 9, 2026I’ve been seeing the owner Chelsea, for the last 8 years. I trust nobody else with my hair. I went today and as always a great experience. Something really stuck out to me this time. Everyone who works there helped with my hair. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to help the girl next to them. That’s something you don’t see very often in salons. Chelsea was cutting my hair and my bangs area was cut very blunt and wrong by me lol and she asked Tatiana to come and blend in my bangs since she was a pro at it and she did without hesitation. Then Sarah washed my hair and blowdryed it. They all just worked together so well I felt honored to have so many talented hands in my head for a simple haircut. Bravo Chelsea at what you have built. Proud is an understatement and your salon is amazing. The vibe, the decor, the employees but most of all the owner!

This salon is so much more than hair, they truly care about making women feel confident, beautiful, and seen. You can feel the positive energy and genuine kindness the second you walk through the doors. One thing I especially love is how much they pour back into the community while still giving such an amazing experience to every client who sits in their chair. I personally recommend Bonnie, Chelsea, Rachel, and Hannah to absolutely anyone reading this. I’ve trusted all of them personally, I will continue using them, and I confidently recommend them to everyone else as well. Talented, welcoming, professional, and genuinely good humans. Highly recommend this salon and these women.
