GoogleJOHN CASTO★ 5Aug 7, 2026Jacob was great. The problem I have is that the whole issue was the drain had backed up. I have a maintenance plan that I believe requires maintenance every six months. The last time was in January so it’s been eight months. Had they come when they should’ve, I wouldn’t have had this problem. In addition, we found that there was no filter in the air handler. Please have Stephen call me on Monday.

And they have come back out without charge to iron out a minor hiccup or two that can happen with a new install. Excellent service. Fair price. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and they stand by their work. I will continue to use their services moving forward. Update: my mother in law’s AC went out. Referred her to Boeschen’s. Once again - Boeschen’s came out, fair price and done right. 5/5. Stay family owned and please don’t sell out to the giant private equity firms! We appreciate you!

I called up Boeschen's after hours service as I'm not a customer and they sent someone over right away, Devin. He fixed my AC with a part he had on his truck! So grateful and thankful for this company!! Thanks so much! I will be a returning customer! Saved our lives in this heat! 🙏

Jakob was a wonderful technician. Thorough and professional and got us up and running again for a nice cool home in the summer. We will sleep well tonight thanks to Jakob and the entire team at Boeschen's.
