GoogleAndy Yatteau★ 5Jul 30, 2026We were travelling through Redmond when my son's car died. We called a few shops to see if they could take a look at it and Foreman's said they look at it right away. It took a while for us to limp it to the shop and Justin called to see if we needed a hand getting it there. Finally got it to the shop and found it was a dead alternator. He was able to get a new alternator and replace it within an hour of us arriving. Also did it at market rate despite the urgent request. Drove great, rest of the trip was smooth sailing. Thanks, Justin!

Took a few scrolls through Google and just knew Formans Auto was going to save me. Justin answered my call immediately and my initial feelings were confirmed, this was the place. He met me at the shop right away, diagnosed the issue, gave me a fair quote and an impressive turn around time. Then, as if he wasn’t already exceeding my expectations, he drove me and all my baggage, to my hotel. I genuinely felt valued and respected like we had been friends forever and confident for my return trip home. Thank you!!!

GoogleDizzywizz★ 5Jun 18, 2026Justin was very friendly and worked with us every step of the way. Me and my boyfriend were stuck out in Redmond because of a check engine light that was blinking. I called a bunch of shops and even though Justin couldn't look at it right away, he let us store our food that would have gone to waste in his fridge and found the problem quickly. Drove it all the way back to Portland without any issues and he even checked on us later that night to make sure we got home safe. I highly recommend 👌

He quickly diagnosed, ordered, and repaired my vehicle getting me back on the road. Also, he helped me document errors from a past different mechanic, which resulted in a full refund! Fremont Auto is now my only call in central Oregon.
