I decided it was time for a treat-your-self full Balayage and not only could I not be happier with the end result, I loved the experience. The salon itself, its got a chic boho vibe right in the heart of Old Town Square. They offer free drinks and tons of services. They also have the cutest clothes and accessories, so even if you're just doing a little Old Town window shopping, I would highly recommend poking you're head in there!

Googlekay S★ 1May 23, 2026Last time I went here It was to get my hair done for my college graduation. I booked a balayage hoping for a ash brown into blonde fade. While doing my hair Jayla told me they had a two week policy in which I could call with issues and they would fix it for me. Unfortunately, the hair color came out a rustic brownish orange with not at all the colors I asked for. I messaged jayla and after three days she got back to apologizing and telling me she would speak to management. I also called managment and never heard back. A FULL WEEK after I reached, out Jayla told me it actually WAS what I asked for and told me she would only fix it if I paid. I will attach photos of what we agreed upon but it is definitely not what I asked for. I am so upset. I had to walk down my graduation with hair I felt looked horrible and I was basically ignored. I would not trust this salon since they can not commit to helping fix your hair if they mess up and will likely just ignore you.

Kenzie is so kind and willing to answer questions with zero judgement. Today she colored my hair and I have NEVER been so obsessed! It’s so fun seeing how excited she was as well. Highly recommend Kenzie!
